I am just going to state a few facts and refrain from commenting on it. You can come to your own conclusions.
Fact #1: CBS has rejected a 30-second Super Bowl ad (which you can watch below) from the gay dating website ManCrunch.com, citing that it “is not within the Network’s Broadcast Standards for Super Bowl Sunday.”
Fact #2: CBS also said they had difficulty verifying the credit of the site to guarantee payment for the spot.
Fact #3: ManCrunch.com spokesperson says they already have raised $40 million from investors and have the cash to pay for it and notes that had the commercial had a male and female kissing, it would have been accepted.
Fact #4: CBS earlier in the week accepted a pro-life ad with Florida quarterback Tim Tebow that was funded by Christian group Focus on the Family, while CBS defended the choice by announcing that they were going to relax the standards on accepting “advocacy ads.”
